EVA LONGORIA

The spicy Latina Eva Jacqueline Longoria may be Hollywood royalty now, but her life was not always a parting of the velvet ropes. She was raised on a farm with her parent and three older sisters. She has even mentioned in an interview that she was "the ugly duckling" of the siblings. Things sure did turn around once she crashed into fame!

Eva has been named #1 on Maxim's Hottest Female Stars and as one of People en Espanol's "Most Beautiful People" in 2003. The most prominent role for Longoria has been as Gabrielle Solis on "Desperate Housewives." This kicked her career into high gear and it's been going strong ever since. In 2007, she tied the knot with Spurs point guard Tony Parker in Paris, France. When Young Hollywood had the chance to speak with Eva and Tony at the launch party for his cover of EA Sports NBA Live 09, we could tell the honeymoon is no where close to being over!

FUN FACTS:

• Eva has her degree in kinesiology.

• She stated she had been called "la prieta fea" growing up, which means "the ugly dark one".

• She is the owner of the popular restaurant Beso in West Hollywood.
